Black screen when turning off PC and updates arent installing

Hello
1 year ago i bought acer notebook.Everything worked perfectly until 2 months ago when i sign in i would need to wait 5-6 min on black screen before i would get to my desktop page.Few days ago i wanted to install app from internet and when i wanted to open downloaded file firstly it took forever and than i would just get notification system is not ready for this action.Also i just found out that not a single one of nvidia,microsoft or windows update has gone through(failed to install) in last 4 months???
At first i thought this was trobleshoot problem and i tried everything on internet to solve that but it didnt help.Does smbdy know what is going with my PC and please help

What version od Windows 10 are you running. It should be 1709.16299.64
