BLACK SCREEN

I have a HP pavilion dv6000, just upgraded my windows7 to windows 10, I download an Xbox games PINBALL APPS, when I tried to play, my screen hangs and freeze everything, I shutdown it manually and start, I can hear the windows sound opening but my screen is totally black, no way to shut down but manually and attempted to start again, but its total black screen. Alt+Ctrl+del also not working.

Sorry to hear about your problem.
I am a bit surprised that after a couple times, manually forcing a shutdown, your computer has not produced a screen with some possible repair / troubleshooting options.
Safe Mode would be your best bet and probably most telling. If it seems to work normally in safe mode then perhaps the GPU driver was corrupted and using device manager to remove (uninstall) it and rebooting might help.

If your computer is unresponsive and you're unable to do anything with it you'll need to use another computer and obtain the installation media from one of these resources and use that to boot your computer from a DVD or USB ThumbDrive and attempt some of the troubleshooting / repair options.
