It's probably been covered already, but for new people like myself, here's how it is disabled.
1. Open control panel
2. Go to System & Security
3. Hardware tab and select Device installation Settings
4. Set as No, let me choose, and Never install drivers
5. Save
That should stop issues with MS forcing drivers that are twitchy upon its users.
