bluetooth on off switch

hello I'm using a pc I set up yesterday and have connected a device via Bluetooth for sound. was working fine left for 15 min then and went back to computer and had no sound tried to switch off then on but after i turned the switch off wont let me use on off switch at all

It sounds like you lost the Device so it won't let you switch on.

Open Device Manager (right click start button and select from menu) the go to the Bluetooth area and see what it shows in the Bluetooth Devices. It will normally have the Bluetooth device, such as Intel and a couple of Microsoft devices.

You can attach pictures by using the snipping tool and upload it using the button on the bottom of the reply window.
