Build 14332 never appears

In the Windows 10 Insider Fast ring, I run both a Surface Pro 3 (SP3) and a Surface Pro 4 (SP4) and try to keep them on the same build. The SP3 showed build 14332 and I updated with no trouble (seems to be a fine build). But the SP4 never shows build 14332 and is still running build 14316. I'd like to get it updated also. Any suggestions?

I don't know if you've moved past this or managed to resolve it through other means, but....
