A bit confusing if you're a reader but I think it's available
The title says 16299 but the text says 16296 which has already been released so left hand..... what's up right hand

IDK... I started the download shortly after I posted above and didn't watch.
The boss lady and I went out for supper figuring everything would be done when I got back.
So far as of right now I'm at 78% on the "Installing".
Should of had more to eat.

Released to Slow Ring.

UPDATE 9/28: We have released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 16299 for PC to the Slow ring.

Usually a good sign, that they are getting close to the public release when the fast ring release gets pushed to slow ring with nothing pending for fast ringers.

The "watermark" can be made available, usually gets removed with Upgrades and some updates but easy to put back. Because I have 3 or more Windows computers running I like to have it on mine and use the Peek to see it when needed. My last 2 updates didn't remove it.
