SOLVED Cannot Install KB3200970

Automatic install for this update stopped at 95%, When I tried to install manually from Windows Catalog it stopped at about 2%. Most recently Windows Update finished at 100%, but showed an error of 0x80070005 preventing the update from installing. Any direction regarding fixing this error or getting the update installed would be appreciated. I ran the Windows 10 Update Diagnostic 11.9, which unistalled and re-installed all updates.

SOLVED. I found a folder and file automatic fix from Microsoft and ran it. At fixed the problems I had, then the update installed. So now the computer works the way it is supposed to.
