Cannot Re-download Sketchable Premium from Microsoft Store

I bought Sketchable Premium from the Microsoft Store. After purchasing, I switched laptops and now I'm unable to download it again. Only Sketchable Plus is available for purchase, but I shouldn't have to pay twice. I received an email confirming my purchase, but the option to download the app isn't available. If this issue isn't resolved soon, I'll have to request a refund.
