Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook

Hi All
Have a problem with outlook when the starting I get this message
cannot start microsoft office outlook.cannot open the outlook window.the set of folders cannot be opened.errors have been detected in the file

C:users\name\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook\(e-mail address removed)

I have checked the said folder and there is no info there,I have also uninstalled and reinstalled outlook and I get the same message
be great full for any help with this problem

search your computer using the expression
Code:
ext:ost
IF you find it make note of the path (location)
Then go the Control Panel Mail (Outlook) applet and use the data file button to point to your OST

The path in your first post is correct. You can, with Outlook off, delete the *.ost, then restart outlook. It should, normally, recreate the *.ost
Another possibility is that you have an automatic log on to your email at nt world(?). This would also cause the problem.
