Cant access w10 preinstalled apps

Hi guys. It's been a week since I'm looking for a solution in my windows 10 issue. I cant access the calculator, store and other preinstalled apps of windows 10. I already tried some commands in power shell but it didn't solve the issue. Really need some help...

are you signed in with MSA, where is your UAC set

most apps fails to work in UAC is not at Default.

Finally cleared w10 calculator and calendar problem. Win10 preinstalled had file corruption. See attached memo and follow instructions exactly and problem is solved.
