Hello Im having some struggling changing System language in order to use cortana...
I have seen a ton of tutorials for enable the languages outside suported regions. But none of those works... I realized that my system's language doesnt change at all not even rebooting or loging out, im out of ideas of what it can be... also after downloading a new language... lets say french or UK english it doesnt show the option to download voice and etc, just keyboard layouts...
