cant install/unintall app/progs ect.

idk what happened, but i cant install or uninstall because of some admin error. checked all admin privilages and i have them all set-up correctly under my log-in.
the g keys on my k95 rgb corsair keyboard are not working. cant fresh install or try to fix.
cant run cmd.exe in admin mode. ran registry check.
everything seems to be in order.
i have picture with my litany list of errors i cannot seem to fix attached. since i cannot run sfc /scannow in admin cmd, i seem to be out of luck.
any help with this would be great. i cant seem to find any fix yet.

i went into iit and i did not like the opptioon selection. i want to re-install, but keep all appp n proggs installed. kkb fritz fromo drivers. i gguess thats my best opption @ this tiime. tthank you
