SOLVED Cant Launch Apps

I can't laucnh apps such as pes 13, commando: Behind ennemy line or again counter strike. Is it only me having these troubles?

many apps will fail if you have UAC not set proper, also some apps need to be updated.

Sorry I am just an intermediate user. What you mean by UAC? How can I know that it is set proper

UAC is User Account Center -
open search --> settings --> type UAC and enter make sure it is set to DEFAULT.
there are 4 settings, and the 1st down from top is darker than the others... that is default.

OK if default, then it might be a bad install (windows 10 is known to do that)
1. you can do a offline upgrade and see if that fixes. insert the Windows 10 media and select upgrade.
2. MS also offers a MediaCreationTool to DL and make the latest windows 10 on USB or DVD
