I am having problems updating this KB4093112 please help

Have you tried to download it from the catalog and manually install yet??
Better: Skip this update and install KB4103727 which brings your PC to 16299.431 instead of 16299.371 .
Best: upgrade to Version 1803 17134.48 .

If that doesn't work try running these DISM Tools in an Admin CMD prompt, type in search box CMD right click cmd.exe and select run as administrator. Copy and paste the commands one at a time some will take quite awhile to run is your system has issues
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /scannow
chkdsk C: /f
