I'm not sure I under stand your question.

I think I know. His caps lock seems to be stuck.
Walter, if you type with the shift button pressed, can you type in lower case letters?? That would confirm my hunch.

It might also be nice to know what type of device this is....
PC Desktop, laptop, tablet, etc.
IF the keyboard is wireless, or USB wired.
IF it is a keyboard that comes with its' own bundled software that needs to be installed or reinstalled.

EVERY LETTER TYPED IS ONLY UPPERCASE EVEN WHEN THE COMPUTER ICON INDICATES THAT THE CAPS LOCK IS LOWER CASE

Hello, I have just read your email and without downloading the updates the ' CAPS LOCK' KEY is now working, it must have decided to behave. I hope it lasts.
