Clean install of windows10 wants to resetup after a week

Hello,
I did a clean windows 10 install on my Asus laptop with the official windows 10 installer about a week ago.
This morning however when turning the laptop on Windows wanted to resetup (use their defaults, setup myphone, set office instart and other stupid stuff I already setup a week before)
It made me super angry because I first thought it wanted to reinstall the windows.

Why would this happen a week later and how can I stop it from happening again?

Go in to Settings, then System, then Notifications & actions (in the left column). Uncheck these two options. "Show me the Windows welcome experience after updates and occasionally when I sign in to highlight what's new and suggested", and "Suggest ways I can finish setting up my device to get the most out of Windows".
It should not prompt you to do either anymore.
