Command Prompt Login

I opened my ACER laptop this morning to this...I didn't login as it requested. I turned it off and back on, unplugged it and plugged it back in, and it comes back to the same prompt.

I had to leave so I left it on, hoping to drain the battery. I'm hoping that will set it straight. Maybe somebody here has seen this.
