computer stuck in update

So I recently got a new computer. I have already updated to windows 10 via automatic update. A day or so later my wireless access point wasn't registering. I went to reinstall windows and now it is stuck on 64% will get stuck installing drivers and hardware at the bottom at 3%, go up to 65%, restart and go back to 64% again, over and over. I tried restarting the computer and it goes to 64% again. How do I fix this?
