Computer stuck on a black screen

I woke up to my computer stuck on a message in a blue box saying something like "Windows 11 will have several security features" and wanted me to install one of them, but after i did it got stuck on a black screen after the loading icon cut out, I've tried restarting but it keeps having the same issue and I haven't had any luck finding a forum question, this happened on the 11th of October yesterday, any advice on how to fix it?

Turn on and shutdown (Turn on and as soon as windows logo appears press the power button you should have to do this thrice) until it takes you to advanced options and select repair my computer.

You can use installation media and select the language and then select repair my computer

just wait and see what happens.

When I wait it just turns black completely and doesn't even show any light

From where did you get Windows 11. Update - Download??

Like I said try to reach advanced options menu and select repair your computer or use installation media.
