Credit Card deletion

I want to remove my credit card info, but MS won't let me. I do not have a current subscription to any MS products, nor do I have an outstanding balance associated wih with MS.

Easy! Call your credit card company and cancel the card, have them issue you another with a new number. From what you say, It appears that MS are now becoming ransomware, members have already tagged them as malware with the misgivings of Windows 10 updates.
