Deleting Issue

Even though this option is not checked. Files are deleted permanently without going to Recycle Bin. How to fix it?

Are the files directly deleted from your system drive (C:\) ? You can check mark [Display delete confirmation] just so you know if you are deleting directly or via recycle bin.

It looks like what is listed as "My Documents..." is a different drive so you have to check that separately ...

My Document is in the different drive. There is no problem deleting anything within "My Document" folder straight away it is going to Recycle Bin.

But Desk Top files are the issue those are permanently get deleted with the above setting. I did not have this issue before.

If any Desk Top files are transferred to My Document folder and get deleted those files are going to Recycle Bin.
