Dell Latitude E6400 0xA00F4244 error code integrated camera missing

Hello,

The laptop just arrived from the mail from ordering it on amazon.com. First the camera app giving me 0xA00F4244 error code, by the way it has Windows 10 on a Latitude e6400. I have seen the driver in the device manager but it was grayed out, then I uninstall it. Restart then turned on went to camera app same error then went to device manager to scan again. No show in device manager. Tried to go windows driver update no show. Don't know what else to do.

I have 2 E6410 from more than a few years ago, still working good with one running Win10 Pro and the other Win8.1 Pro.

My wife uses exactly the same machine. And yes, as Bighorn suggests, the setting is , indeed, in the bios. The seller probably disabled it for privacy reasons.
