Dell Xps 18 Won't Come Out Of Sleep Mode

The screen is black, won't turn on.
- The fans are running
- Orange light is blinking (slowly)
- I've tried holding the power button down for 10-12 seconds, it turns off but then tries to turn itself back on
- Nothing is wrong with charger

Please help!

It may take longer than 12 seconds, maybe closer to 20.

Removing the power adapter may help in some situations.

Is there any pattern to the blinking? Does the white light also blink?

Orange normally indicates battery/power situations but I did see it once after making a registry change.
