It was working fine with Windows 7. I upgraded to 10, and it won't wake up. I have to hold down the power button till the computer shuts off and start it up again.

I went to Dell support, updated all drivers, no help.

It's a Dell XPS 870.

I have the same problem with a large desktop system (not Dell). Power settings are monitor off after ten minutes, sleep never, so most of the replies don't help. My only option is to shut down with the power button.

Full shutdown does fix it, but after every 10 minute screensaver activation? I traced it to the monitor drivers (a six month old $950 34" LG 3440 x 1440 res monitor). I contacted LG and they said their drivers don't support Windows 10 yet - no current projection of when they'll fix it. Obvious solution, I rolled back to Windows 8.1.
