New Dell desktop won't download last pictures from memory card to win 10 photos

The photo app has changed from windows viewer in win 8.1 to photo in win 10 and now it wants to download every picture on my memory card instead of just the latest ones.

Hi Brent,

does it offer you the option to overwrite existing photos?. ;)

After playing with it I see that if you select "delete after importing" it deletes what's in PHOTOS but not the camera so it will import the latest pictures, plus it will import them as soon as you put the memory card in and load them into a folder that is waiting on the desktop (or elsewhere). This makes them ready to put into PS Elements and I like it even more than my old PICTURE GALLERY program in win 8.1 !!! I use "new folder" to make it easy and then rename it later.
