Just to sturt off, I'm sorry, my English is a bit broken but i hope u will understant xD

So, my computer creates empty BD rom drives by itself, also it doesnt want to load my usb or files from my mobile phone
(I am sure that it's all ok when it comes do hardware). I can't delete any of these emtpy drivers, and I don't really now what to do, so i hope some of you out there can help me

A couple of questions:

Do you have any software which creates virtual drives?

Have you mapped any networked drives? If so, select the drive and see if you can disconnect it.

You might select one of the drives and check its properties to see if that gives you any information.

Daemon Tools? Other software that you recently installed that might mount .iso's, Blu-rays, or DVD's?
