It seems build 14393 does not let Disk Management mark a partition as active, such as on a Flash Drive.

Does anyone know if the later Insider builds allow this again?

It seems it also won't format a drive larger than 32 GB as FAT32 but it may have been doing that before. I am getting an impression there are some changes in the works regarding FAT32 and the adoption of exFAT. I suppose I need to check if a UEFI system will boot when using exFAT instead of FAT32 on a bootable drive.

Thanks.

I have realized Disk Management has never been able to make a flash drive active. Since I had been using Diskpart for most of those situation, it slipped my mind.
