downloaded 10 on two pc and a laptop. with the laptop the screen size was adjustable, for the pc the screen is too far to the left unable to see start button. display over sized screen on pc only

Windows Logo Key + I key to evoke settings
Then to System -> Display maybe then to advanced display settings.

When customizing my display settings I use the recommended zoom of 150% , this just ok, but is not the best for me, i would like to make it to 175% with out loosing the ability to use the advance display settings, where i can make text size bold; i know if i slide the the zoom bar i can get 175% but then i can not make my text bold. is there any way to make 175% the recommended zoom in my settings
