SOLVED Downloads not happening

Every day I download pictures from a program called "Tiny Beans". Today I can't do it anymore. Instead of the picture downloading, it opens.. I don't know if the problem is with Tiny Beans or with Windows since the latest upgrades. Have you had any clients reporting anything like this?

No idea about the "Tiny Beans" app, but sometime when I have trouble trying to download a picture, I'll just right click it and choose "Save Picture As". That usually does it for me.

I guess that would be one way to do it but I really would like the "download" part to work right. I'll see on Monday when I can download my weekly music allowed. I want to find out if the download situation is related to just this program or is it a problem with my computer since recent updates last week. Thanks for your input.

Problem solved. The issue seems to be wiith Google Chrome. Download works perfectly with MS Edge and IE.
