Dupilicate logon names

Been dealing this for almost a year. How do I rmove the lower name? I only have the top(real logon) to use and in my user account. Doesn't have a password tha I know of for lower name. I couldn't find anything usefull with the netplwiz command. BTW, system has the latest 1709 SW.

When you open netplwiz.exe is the box next to Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer checked?

If at some stage you had a password or pin, then changed it to sign-in automatically later you can end up with a duplicate username on your logon screen if you changed the password or your computer name later.

Was setup to require PW to log on.
