Dvd Missing

After updating to win 10 my dvd is not reckonized and not showing in device mgr , I have tried all the fixes on the net but no go

Hi Brian welcome to the forum.
It might help if you share some specifics as to your system.
Without knowing if it's a laptop or desktop or whatever it's difficult to formulate even a decent guess.
Check cable connections power and SATA or IDE cable (not appropriate for a laptop...... see what I mean).

reg.exe add "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\atapi\Controller0" /f /v EnumDevice1 /t REG_DWORD /d 0x00000001
from an Admin Command Prompt and rebooted.
