Are we talking about a DVD / optical drive / player / recorder?
OR
Are we talking about some appliance that is attached to your computer that may be a Digital Video Recorder / Player.

I really have no idea what a DvrPlayer is.

We have Digital Video Recorder, we are using "DvrPlayerInstaller_2_1_3_1" software. its works on win7 smoothly, but win10 not support that software

Have you tried running the installer in Windows 7 compatibility mode.
Just right click the installer and choose properties and use the Compatibility tab and choose Windows 7 and see if that works.
Worth a try at least.

Sorry, I'm not sure where you can go from here.
Does the software vendor have an updated version of that program?
