I have Win10 one HD. I have tried to clean install Win 7 on a second new HD to dual boot.
After the install gets passed expanding the Win 7 folders, I gaet the following error messages:

Windows cannot access the installation sources. Verify that the ibstallation sources are axxessible and restart the installation.

also:

Windows could not update registry data in the installation.

That second error implies the format of the HD you are attempting to install Windows 7 onto is incorrect.

Have you formatted this hard drive or at least a partition on it to NTFS format?

Yes, it is formatted with NTFS! It is a new HD, but I have never had these errors before, and have tried two different Win 7 Pro install DVD's which installed fine on another desktop. I did this to check the DVD's in case either is faulty. But they both worked perfectly.
