Everything Crashes When I Open A Game

When I open certain games, certain things crash. Games such as minecraft, valorant and destiny 2 all cause this. Some things that crash are discord, razer apps, voicemod and wallpaper engine. When this happens they close completely and aren't in system tray. Google Chrome and streamlabs don't crash when I do this. This has only started happening recently.

The system specs are an i5 9600k, 1060 6 gb, 16 gb of ram with windows 10 home edition on an m.2 drive.
Nothing is overheating when I start a game I have plenty of cooling.

What brand and how many watts is your power supply? Any overclocks? I'd try reinstalling the video drivers, using DDU in safe mode to uninstall the current ones. If that doesn't help, I'd check each stick of ram using memtest86.

Also, have you installed the latest drivers for your 1060 GPU?.
