External drive turns off at night

My external hard drives turn off during the night.
I need the external drive to run continuously as i have a C C T V camera running 24 / 7
Pc is set to never sleep.
And i have checked these settings for each U S B they are all un ticked.
Any ideas appreciated.

Yes done that set to disabled.

Does the drive show up as a device under "Disk Drives" in Device Manager? If so, are the power management settings correct there too?

As long as the PC is online, the drive shouldn't ever power off if data is being read/written to it. Which CCTV software are you using to record data? I wonder if it's not working correctly and the drive is just "spinning down" as expected as there is no data being written at that time (or it's cached elsewhere and written later, even if unlikely).
