SOLVED Flash player

Flash player has stopped working.
Uninstalled and reinstalled but all i get is this.

Any help appreciated.
By the way i am using Firefox.

An error like that looks like Flash is working OK, but there's a problem serving the content from the site. It could be that the resource they're linking to is down (i.e. video has been deleted). If you press F12, you may be able to get a more detailed error from the developer console.

This morning i noticed my C P U was running 100% Runtime broker was using it all.
Also i lost 3 gigs on my hard drive.
Malaware found 10 problems some registry /P U P s
Everything has settled down now i have no idea why this happened.
