Go back to an earlier build

Windows 7 upgraded to Win 10 Home. Activated.
Switched from Win 10 Home to Insider Preview build 10525. Activated.

Question :
Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Go back to an earlier build.

If I used that option, do I go back to Win 10 Home or the option is not applicable to my situation because there was no previous build before 10525?
