I am upgrading from Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit now Downloading stuck at 99 %

My System Specs are as follows:- CPU = Intel core i7 930 MB = X-58A-UD5 Gigabyte RAM = 6 Gb HDD = 1TB WD cavier green GPU = ASUS 7770 radeon ATI SMPS = cooler master 850 Wt.

Problem message when upgrading from OEM Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit SP1 to Windows 10

the error is

" 2015-10-30 19:07:51:080 1796 1f30 DnldMgr BITS job {2CE81722-F1F5-4452-9414-FD7EB683EC34} hit a transient error, updateId = {80109866-B968-47DE-91BC-42A3E46EE1BE}.202, error = 0x80072EFE "

So struck at 99 % since 6 hours

help needed

If you are having trouble downloading / upgrading in-place you may want to instead, obtain the ISO file from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/techbench

Once you have the ISO, you can use ImgBurn to burn it to a DVD or Rufus to burn it to a USB ThumbDrive, and perform the inplace upgrade from that by running setup.exe from within your current Windows 7 install.
