Help & Support Button

I have only upgraded to Windows 10 last week and the help and support button is now not working when I click it. is there anyone who can advise me how to fix the problem please. Thank you

Hello lizzie and welcome to the forum.
I thought that, that particular Tile and associated App had been deprecated quite some time back.
I can't seem to find any thing like that on my computer nor any reference to it when I search.
They have practically anything you are looking for online now http://windows.microsoft.com/en-IN/windows/support#1TC=windows-10 as well as a newer version called Contact Support which may be similar.

oh , thank you I may as well delete it then. I will just use my browser then. Thought I would check to see why an app would not work. Thank you for your welcome as well.
