How can I format an HFS drive in Win10?

I have several external USB3 500G and 1TB drives that were formatted with HFS for macs, I can read them an copy from them, but not write tot them (in win10). But I have cleaned some off, and want to reformat to exFAT so they can be be used cross platform. But when I try and format, either quick or otherwise, win10 won't let me. I'm sure there's a way, short of doing it on a mac... thx!

You can use Diskpart from a command line to "Clean" the drive and then format it or....
You can use something like the Mini Tool Partition Wizard which I believe will work and they have a free version
