SOLVED How do I roll-back to Windows 8.1?

I installed Win 10 today and haven't been able to acess internet either through Wi-Fi or Ethernet... :-((
Can I roll-back the installation to Windows 8.1...?

Checked out the other forums and the answer was there.....on the way back to trusted 8.1....!!!!!
