i choose rollback ....and crashed

hello !!

yesterday by mistake i choose rollback instead of windows technical preview and now i have a blue image RECOVERY , saying that my device need to repair. i do not have any other system at that device ( intel NUK)

how can i fix it ?

can i install by a usb stick the IOS for windows 10 technical.... or i must ??
