Hi how do i fix this
I dont have a boot disk i downloaded iso file to usb on a lap top still nothing.i changed the boot sequences. So i ended up puting the files to dvd still nothing how do i fix this

You can't just download the ISO to a DVD or thumb drive with making it bootable. You can download the ISO directly from MS. It's called the MCT - Media Creation Tool and it's bootable.

Are you installing a fresh system or do you want to change the keyboard layout on a running system? What are you trying to accomplish??
