Choose Your Keyboard Layout

last night i switched off my computer .... during the night i found the computer was running with a message choose your key board ...
having done this ,,,the computer continues to go back
to the same page choose key board ,,

 

[Trouble]

Try a hard reset.
Shut it down. Disconnect it from AC power, if it's a laptop remove the battery, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to discharge any residual energy stored in the capacitors.
Reverse the process and start the machine.
