how do I get to actually choose which TYPES of pics displayed in Spotlight?

How to I get to choose which pictures Windows Spotlight shows in the Lockscreen? It provides a box in which I am asked "do you like what you see?" .... but when I left- or rt.-click on it, bypasses that step and immediately goes to the Sign-in screen, giving me no chance to choose!
