Anybody noticed anything like this on their system? This is a new system which I rebuilt on 5/22 after changing my drive configuration.

Hahaha, are those drivers for your time machine? :D

I did some searching and found this quote from Intel:

Intel(R) Chipset Device Software uses an unusual date for the devices it is targeting. The date 07/18/1968 is symbolic – Intel was founded that day. The reason this date is used is to lower the rank of Intel(R) Chipset Device Software.

Thanks all, the .inf file shows the driver a Null and is meant to remove the yellow Bang from the device Manager. So knowing why it uses that date is interesting, thanks Ian.

Now, I might try to track down why it needs a Null driver. Maybe it is for the Intel Optane Memory, which is not installed, or a TPM device.... Something to do, I suppose...

Thanks again.
