Just a guess at this early point in the Win 10 Tech Preview, but.....
I suspect that you'll probably find that Intel will soon be offering new versions of both of those that will work with Windows 10. Additionally there may be a version check process for both of those and the current iteration of the software may not be identifying Windows 10 Tech Preview properly.
Just a guess and maybe someone with more specific knowledge of those two software packages may have a better answer.
