Invisible folder shows up after a scan from AdwCleaner but I can't see it anywhere.

A scan of my PC with AdwCleaner shows a folder in my C: drive. I have my computer set up to show all files and folders and hide nothing. Hence when I saw AdwCleaner displaying a folder called "C:\\END" I immediately looked to see what this folder was but it is nowhere to be found. Something is wrong somewhere.
