SOLVED One PC invisible on network

Hi all
I know this is a common issue but after hours of research and tweaking still not solved.
I have 3 pcs networked by ethernet along with a smart tv and ethernet connection for printer.
1. Win 10 Pro
2. Win 8
3. WIN 10 Home

The Win 10 home can see the other 2.
But neither the win 10 pro nor the win 8 can see the win 10 home
The win 10 pro and the win 8 can see each other.
Network discovery is on, i also tried disabling the firewall.

One additional wrinkle, although the win 10 home is invisible to its two peers, it can easily be seen by my android tablet.
Have run out of ideas, could it be linked to some privacy setting or app permissions?

have you refreshed, often that is all i have to do once i have reset networking properly, since MS usually craps my network with any update.

Is the windows 8 windows 8 home or pro

The windows 8 is home and can see the windows 10 pro. The only device which can see the win 10 home is the tablet thru wifi

Yes refreshed and rebooted

After all that wasted time, i did a network reset, system rebooted and asked if i wanted to make pc discoverable, i said yes, end of problems
