SOLVED iso file downloading fails at 98%

Hello, I have a problem with downloading Windows 10 Pro .ISO file. I tried to download it two times but every time media creation tool exits suddenly when it gets 98% without any error message or something! and the process in task manager is killed automatically, any help?

Sorry, except to suggest that you continue trying.
How long is it generally taking you to get to 98% ??
Is there any chance that a background task or power saving feature is kicking in and attempting to sleep your computer of turn off something to conserve power?

Thanks for trying to help me. it takes about 15 hours to reach 98% due to slow internet connection so I finally found a solution which is downloading through this website http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/softw...load/techbench
not the media tool and it helps alot
